Have you ever encountered any awkward situations when soaking in hot springs?

My experience at the Spa Center was a mixed bag. The ambiance was spacious and beautiful, offering a wide range of facilities such as saunas, hot springs, swimming pools, KTV, gaming stations, and a tea station. However, our relaxation was disrupted by noisy conversations from other guests, especially the older ladies in the hot spring area. The staff's close attention while we were changing clothes made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The food was decent, but it was disappointing that the staff failed to communicate that swimming was not allowed. The staff in these areas did not match the serene ambiance. This feedback is based on my personal experience.
