Why would one bother going to Guangzhou Blue Coast given its subpar service?
Poor service, with the staff being quite elderly and not greeting guests upon arrival. The service staff in the lounge chat loudly, and they do not stop guests from speaking loudly. The food options are limited, and the menu hardly changes. The same dishes are served every time. There is also a shortage of beverages and juices, not to mention the fact that the lounge attendants directly fold the blankets after guests leave and await the next arrival without changing the quilts, pillows, or covers. The environment is rather dim, the space is small, and the entertainment facilities are also small, with many children and the elderly frequenting the establishment.
